Congratulations to the winners of the BYU College of Nursing Art of Nursing Scholarship!
The theme of this year's submissions was Brighter and Brighter: Rays of Light in the Healer’s Art. Inspired by Elder Alexander Dushku’s talk Pillars and Rays, BYU’s 150th anniversary theme, “That light groweth brighter and brighter … that all may be edified of all” and this year’s College of Nursing theme, “Ray by Ray: Becoming Beacons of Christ-like Care,” the Art of Nursing Scholarship invited students to reflect on how Christ strengthens them in their nursing journey.

Anna Kohlhase "My piece is about the Heavenly help that is hidden from our mortal eyes. I imagine that those for whom we care for are surrounded by angels- loved ones that have already passed through the veil. From behind the scenes, they offer support and inspiration in moments of heartache and uncertainty."
